With 2011 around the corner, I thought now's about a good as time as any to look back on this year.
January: Remember that other blog that I had, Animanga-R? If you don't then you probably have short term memory loss, since I deleted it last month or something. But January 1st was Zero Hour, aka 'The first hour', when I first made it. Back then it really seemed like I was gonna go far with it. Little did I realize just how disorganized I really was. PTE however was...about shelf building. And that migraine garbage. And that's when the original Button spam came about. Also that was the remission when PTE hit critical crappiness levels. Though in truth, it just means I finally noticed that my millions of button spam posts weren't getting comments. :D
February: February was when I got bored of life again, and a period of depression ensued. (Hey I'm an average teenager I have the right to be depressed sometimes dammit) It probably didn't help with valentines day and all. Valentines day is one of those holidays that some love and others hate, there's no middle ground. Either you have someone and the single people are jealous of you, or you're single and pissed at all the people with dates who seem to shove it in your face. But the month ended nicely with the announcement of MARCH MEET! :D
March: The struggle with health issues continued. I posted some nerdy pick-up lines and Samara was successfully disturbed. I realized how much of a loser I was and thought to try to fix it. I skied. I celebrated a day about an idea I made and basically forced my friends into and then it died soon after so I celebrated it anyway. I finished the original Animanga-R book that is somewhere in my room now. (still unread by samara and ashley) Then I shut down PTE for MARCH MEET! :D
April: I started off with trolling on April fools. I yammered about an Animanga-R movie, announced to everyone that I loved snowfire and acted like a hot shot joining 'Team Rocket'. ( Coincidentally, an animanga-R movie trailer eventually got made, I do love snowfire as one of my closest friends, and a few days later I actually did join Team Rocket temporarily on my Pokemon game)
Then March Meet ended and life returned to its normal boring sadistic painful state. Animanga-R Production slowed to a halt (aka 'rough patch', which basically meant I realized that I was going nowhere and all I had accomplished was one book) Then there was the Saturday Night with Tiners and LL, was fun but we never did that again. Then I had my boifday and I cant remember it too well so it probably wasnt that good. Then Brutal Week ensued. It was the worst week of 2010, hands down. But after it was over I got back into the flash making groove. After sending the ever-so-infamous to youtube, (and then linking it on PTE, Snowfire watched it, lulz were had on this end) I finished up what is now my greatest flash film thus far: The Riccium Collection. Then I had a panic period about university and Project Universify and RRUP were made.
Fun Fact: despite the creation and usage of both, both turned out to be quite useless in terms of helping with future decisions. Win some, lose some. Also that's when I started growing that bean plant Jack. Also my computer had died sometime that month.
May: First I posted the ASC II brick wall, then I was LOLDEEP about whatever. Then I announced 'Jet Set July' which later just was called July. Then I acted like I was important and blabbed about CALM. Then I did some Math Pure exam and complained about being a retard for forgetting my locker combo. Then I finally checked out some old CDs lying around and found Sphere FX inc things. Then I got into a delicious drawing phase!
June: The drawing phase lasted til about 1 post in. Then I got bored and became obsessed with Andrew W.K.'s 'Party Hard' song once again, and turned PTE into a party station. Then after that finished I made the 100th post, and school ended once again. At least this year there wasn't a riot! :D After that, the whole Riccion ordeal broke out. It was when I was trying to establish Riccion as a company or whatever. Really it was just me trying to do the same thing while trying to not do the same thing so due to that paradox I never actually made it. YAY FOR PARADOXES!! Then I revisited Tino and Tim, went through the B&B phase and became obsessed with some Ozzy Osbourne music. The Ozzy Obsession was a golden time, but it didn't last very long. After that I gave up on every project. I think it was around this time that there were signs of Animanga-R going down the drain. (Then again, the rough patch was another sign too, technically there were many so I guess its open to debate) Oh yeah and this month was when I started K-On. That's important since many other things happened because of it.
July: Nothing much happened at the beginning, I think I was mainly focused on the production of the first half of BP ep 2. Then I took a drivers test, failed it. Then I took it again a week later, passed it, drove to Winnipeg, ZOMG ITS JET SET JU- wait there was no jet. ....JULY! 1 Anime convention, week at a cabin with family that I hadn't seen in about 5+ years, sunburn that hasn't given me cancer YET, and trip to the states where I got a crap-tonne of cereal (And let's not forget all the hanging out with the awesome peoples too :P) were most of the events that made up this unforgettable trip.
August: I made some sims 2 project and failed at it. Then I ruined my computer for the zillionth time. Then I made a bunch of stupid posts. Then I got set up for the final year of HS, began to establish my reputation, and that's also when the (still a problem) Ritsu and Gary folder thing started.
September: School starts. Checked out my classes, Social Studies looks to be the coolest. Then sister returned home from wherever I played Animal Crossing and stuff and there was stupid drama because my sister was dating a loser and my mom was trying to tell her but she was playing deaf ears so yeah it was stupid. Then I had my whole 'LOL I HATE BIRTISH POEPLE' phase which fizzled out soon after.
October: Riccy slanted vs Riccy slanted gets a 2 on the Richter scale. Then a really colourful post about Eviltalia coming to visit- OH WAIT STAY FOR A WEEK AHAHAHA UNLUCKY. Seriously though, it was an alright week, despite Eviltalia stealing my msn, asking Jay for badthings (as me), giving me the flu, and generally causing chaos. I can safely say I DO NOT WANT A LITTLE SISTER. Then more posting and Halloween sucked. In all fairness, 2009 Halloween wasn't any better.
November: I state the obvious: I HATE ESSAYS! :D Then I pulled out some ancient (2007) note and posted it, to try to show 'I'm not like that guy anymore lololol'
Fun Fact: Yeah I pretty much am that nooby still.
Then I made Random Crap Stick fights 5 and yeah that solidified the fact above. It was terribad just like the rest but at least I MADE ALL 5 LIKE I SAID I WOULD DAMMIT. Then I wanted subway and got some. yep. I also figured out how to make a better spoiler. (Spoiler cannot be posted because ironically, it wrecks the post by deleting like all the way up to September. Damn Scripts) I trolled Snowfire though. (well not really I was just being dumb and she was fighting back and yeah I dunno she seemed mad so maybe she did get trolled I'll never know)
Then I was loldeep and pondered about the balance of friendships and if I shouldve turned into pretentious to fit in here. I concluded that: This city is garbage. ZOMG STOP THE PRESSES. :O
but seriously I just realized things probably won't change as long as i remain an awkward loser in a school of pretentious losers. Meh.
Then I tried winter driving and ended up in a ditch.
EDIT: THE FIRST TIME I TRIED WINTER DRIVING I WAS DRIVING TO CHURCH AND GOD THREW ME IN A DITCH SO THATS WHY I STOPPED GOING TO CHURCH CUZ I THINK GOD IS MAD AT ME.
I ended the month with another production boom! :D
December: Month started badly. LL finally took the plunge that every other person here had, and ditched me.
Then I solidified my reputation of being constantly on 4chan. I don't do much anyway so yeah it works.
Then there was the Future something whatever crisis. Basically, I finally realized I had no future, RRUP failed, Universify was gone so I tried emergency maneuvers. Long story short, theres like 2 plans now: ???, or take a year off and figure out what I want to do with my life. The panic isn't gone but it certainly isn't as bad as it was during the crisis. (seriously I was more insufferable than usual, IF YOU CAN IMAGINE THAT :P)
Then there was the Jenny day troll thing. my sister told me I was obsessed with jenny so yeah cool story there. Though really Jenny day didn't get any reception so I cant really call it a troll anyway.
Then PTE went bilingual. NOW THIS WAS QUITE THE EVENT. First it began as a troll, which I went overboard and turned serious on. (so serious I used google to help with things beyond my knowledge)
Basically somebody noticed and I got pwned and yeah now PTE is english again and maybe one day it will actually be bilingual but I dunno. Either way, Lulz were had for Snowfire and PJ.
Then winter break started.
Then my sister was going to take me middle of the night shopping but was too sick and gave up and yeah thats never happening fyi. shes in another city now and shes moving somewhere else afterwards so yeah.
Also it was K-day and I got an Mp3 player even though I said it was my xmas gift its really both. Someday I hope to host another K-Day, we'll see what happens.
Then I made the post before this about Xmas with that VERY NICE DRAWING! :D
And that's about it for this year, Next year is looking interesting, as I shall keep everyone up-to-date on More Winnipeg Trips, Semester 2, and The outcome of the Crisis thing aka whats happening after June 2011. Oh yeah and the end of 1000.
Here's to hoping 2011 is even more awesome than this year!
99999 ps To elaborate on the K-On thing, after the destruction of the whole Gary folder I kept going with the Ritsu folder and made an animu folder and yeah now between those two folders and my documents I fuel my 4chan habit which would've dissipated had I not been addicted to K-on which led me to a different board which I like even more than the original one(s) I was on.
Long story Short: My documents: 14.4 GB of content
Animu Folder: 246 MB of Content
Ritsu Folder: 109 MB of Content
Compared to the Gary folders Max, at 15 MB.

Well, although this year was apparently very shitty, there were also some lolz. Also you swear a lot. Also I don't remember getting mad at you or being trolled. I do, however trolling you ;) Also PTE will never overcome KK-N. And finally, one of these days you'll come back to Winnipeg and we'll have a legit K-day once again. And Sally will be there too. >>>BEST REUNION EVAR
ReplyDeleteWell, this year wasn't total shit. It had it's ups and downs like any other year. It was better than 2009 to say the least. And yes I swear a lot, It's my way of being casual. I didn't want this post coming off as formal. Then again I probably swore way more than I needed to, but there were a lot of posts to review and I basically spent 2 hours typing this out. And the spoiler thing really messed things up, which ticked me off, which caused me to swear more. :D
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm sure I've trolled you at some point, but knowing you, you'll never admit it ;D And the only time I can really remember you getting 'mad' at me was that time at march meet when i was threatening to do something related to jennys show or something and you were having a bad day so you were like 'im going to beat the shit out of you'. It was pretty lulzy tbh, no offence. :P
And PTE already surpasses KK-N with this long post. Though in fairness, KK-N keeps a way more stable posting method. PTE is so random, you never know if the next post is something super serious or a shit button post. I guess thats what makes PTE what it is.
Finally, I concur. I won't be staying away from Winnipeg forever, let me tell you that. And I'm not done with K-day. Not one bit. So I'll hold you to that, one day there shall be a legit K-day again. And if Sally will be there, I shall bring apples. >>>RETURN OF THE EVIL APPLE >;D
