2022: In Review

 January: The year starts with PTE's new Discord dropping! 

Following that, the car's battery died. Main means of transportation dying in the middle of winter does make for a good post or two.

The month ended on a lighter note, noting the Pope experiencing some internet-loved music.

February: A silly post about not posting enough, followed by me posting about my first and still only youtube short. I made the next of the RO Characters Music Playlists by releasing the Jenny Playlist. And then it was 2sday.

March: An Internetwork Day special! A RO Museum using Animal Crossing: New Horizon as the setting.

April: Still snow?

May: The Gorillaz drive a car into the ocean, and I pull a Tayday shenanigan. I find out about and post about a certain Minecraft Mod that sounds like something I would've made if I were wilder.

The month ends with me announcing that my home remains where it currently is for at least another year.

June: The AC broke giving me that summer madness. I started playing with MIDIs thinking I could annoy Snowfire. She then proceeded to release a harp Midi simulator, destroying my plans before they could ever reach fruition. 

I then tried working two jobs which was bananas. Following that I quit my former job and kept my new one, which I continue to work as of this post!

July: Drink Stalls

August: I get forklift certified, and all the memes make sense.

September: I feed PTE to an AI and apparently it's supposed to be trains?

Double Time Trial: Results

 65 hour work weeks are a tough go. I thought I had seen it all with 55 hours at the one place before, but this is a new level.

On that note, that means this set up is not preferable long term. I've made the call and resigned from one of the jobs, so that I can concentrate my abilities at one place instead of spreading myself so thin at two.

Posting rate may improve sometime in July!

Double Time Trial

Starting Monday I will be working 2 jobs.

During this time, PTE posting will likely grind to a halt from me, as both jobs are manual labor in nature, and thus may grind me down to dust. 

I will try to give updates when I can.

 So I've been experimenting with midis since trying to learn music theory stuff.

And at one point I had the grand idea to try simulating the harp. I then toyed with the idea of uploading said midi covers anonymously to troll a certain nemesis of mine.

They're now releasing a harp VST plug-in which can be used for midis.

 Sometimes I forget that posting about my going-ons is a thing I can do.

I'm staying in my current place for up to another year, but house hunting may be on the horizon.

 The saga has now hopefully come to a close. The battery was indeed the issue, and since being towed and repaired the car is now back to fully functional.

Check in again next week of course, because I wouldn't be surprised if there's a post for a part 3. But I knock on wood.

Also, if you have trouble accessing the discord, please mention so in the comments! I've heard word of some having issues, which I've looked into and hopefully resolved with the new PTE Discord Widget.

2020, too

 Near the end of 2021, the day before Christmas Eve specifically, bad luck struck.

I drove over a nail, as I later found out. So on Christmas Eve, We awoke to a flat tire. We called AMA, who tried to re-inflate the tire. It was to no avail, so we switched the tire for the donut.

Now, this happened during a cold snap, in winter. So we had 3 winter tires...and a donut. Driving on ice. The experience of driving to the automotive shop was unique to say the least. A donut tire is similar to driving on a bicycle tire. By the time I finished my slow drive, I was motion sick. But, I made it there safely.

The Monday after Christmas, the auto shop patched the tire, and we were back to rolling.

That is, until today.

Bad luck struck once again.

This time, the car refuses to start. We assume it to be the battery, because of the earlier cold snap lingering, then intensifying into the new year. As well, our power plug for the car seems to have frayed from the cold, which could have helped the battery drain. We shall see what the final outcome is.

I say that, because AMA is now massively backlogged, so much so that we've been told to try again tomorrow. 

So the saga continues...
