If you moved to a new city far away from the city you're currently in, would you Try to hang on to all old friendships, or cut loose old friendships to establish a new friend circle in your new city?
I would still be friends with the people at home, even if maybe not as closely before and make new friends. Even if we don't talk all the time, my old friends would have a special place in my heart.
